Job summary


The Site Maintenance Officer is responsible for managing health and safety, undertaking remedial work, and liaising with external contractors at the 41-bedded Residential, Nursing & Dementia care Home operated by Aria Healthcare in St Peter, Jersey. Main duties of the job


The Site Maintenance Officer will be responsible for maintaining the physical infrastructure and equipment of the care home, ensuring a safe and well-functioning environment for residents and staff. Key duties include conducting regular inspections, carrying out minor repairs, and coordinating with external contractors for more complex tasks. The successful candidate will have good practical maintenance experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to be flexible in their approach.
